PowerPoint Files Not Opening

Only for a specific folder, PowerPoint files are not opening. The ppt file is clicked and the ppt does not open. The file opens online but not in File Explorer. The OS is windows 10 and I've uninstalled Box Drive, updated Office 365, renamed the Box File (it's under character count). And other ppt files open, but not for this specific folder. Any thoughts as to what could be the issue?
