Box Status

When I try to invite a user, I get an error saying "Inactive users cannot be invited."

When I try to invite a user, I get an error saying "Inactive users cannot be invited." 
Therefore, I would like the target account to be reinstated.

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

    It only means that you've invited a user with deactivated Box account. To reactivate an account, please have the account owner to contact Product Support.
