    I have the same problem.  I tried to submit payment for an upgrade, and I was told "Your account needs further verification, please submit a ticket at support.box.com."  I don't know what this means, or how to submit a ticket.

    I tried to install Box Drive open my Mac, running Ventura 13.3 (updates are up to date) I get a message "Installation failed. The installer encountered an error that caused the installer to fail.  Contact the software manufacturer for assistance".  I tried rebooting my computer and rerunning the installer.  same message.  How do I fix this?  Thanks.

    Where is the chat or submit a ticket feature? Is there no way to speak with someone in customer service? How in the world do we get support?

    Issue Summary:

    Image navigation and sort order issues when reviewing multiple images in a Box folder

    1. Navigation Issue:

    When viewing images individually and toggling through them using the navigation arrows, the arrow to continue disappears after approximately the 6th image, preventing navigation to the remaining images in the folder.

    2. Sorting Issue:

    When images are reviewed individually, they do not display in the correct order. The sort order differs from the folder’s configured sorting and appears inconsistent.

    Additional Context:

    This behavior began recently following a UI update.

    These issues were not previously present and are impacting usability when reviewing image sets.

    Expected Behavior:

    Navigation arrows should remain visible for all images in the folder.

    Images should display in the same order as configured in the folder view.
