Box Status

Cannot see files that my colleague is uploading to a specific Box

He says he sees them, he sends me a link, I can't see them. 

What can I do? This is urgent and i don't see an option to call or email customer support.

Please help.

    You're accessing the files through shared link? If yes, are you getting an error or the files are just missing? 

    If you receive an error, kindly attach a screenshot in this forum.
