2FA Stopped Working
RéponduI have a free personal Box account. I haven't had to use 2FA in years. However, I'm setting up a new laptop with Box Drive, and the 2FA codes generated by my authenticator app do not work anymore. Worse yet, I do not have backup passcodes saved as I recently migrated password managers, and it must have been lost in the migration. As a precaution, I have backed up all my box files elsewhere, just in case I am locked out. However, if anyone knows how I can recover my account and reset my 2FA, I would be grateful. Thanks.
