Upgrade of plan from Canada

Hi there, I have troubles to upgrade my account from Canada, getting message "We were unable to process your payment information. Please double check that all fields are filled out correctly and try again, or visit support.box.com for further assistance." I need to upload some video materials, so my current limit is not sufficient... Thanks. BR. Jiri
