Not receiving invite and verification email from noreply@box.com
RéponduWe have added 4 users manually but only 3 users received the invite and verification email. Please helps.

We have tried to re-sent the invitation, delete and re-invite the account, use the reset password link https://gicsingapore.account.box.com/login/reset, with no luck.
