Restore missing folders: I am the owner of collaboration folder and none of the collaborators have deleted folders in trash/bin

I am the owner of a collaboration folder https://pomerleau.app.box.com/folder/158588627140
How do we recover 6 missing folders under the root?

I and 12 collaborators went to to box.com> trash/bin and followed "how to restore deleted content here: Managing Trash " but did not find anything

Can you help?
