Box is not Syncing to File Explorer

I need help Box is not syncing to File Explorer.  Isn't there someone I can call?  I don't have all day to read through your website, really need a phone number please!

    This solution does not work for me.  I had Box syching with Windows File Explorer now it does not.  PLease help.  I tried to uninstall the App on my PC and I tried to reinstall it; no luck.  Please help
