Even if you delete unnecessary files in the folder and there is nothing in the folder, 44GB of storage space is still used. Could you please help me so that the storage capacity is displayed correctly?

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
