Ownership Transfer - ERROR message space

Hi there, our company is trying to change ownership of one of our folders and we continue to get an error message indicating the new owner's account does not have enough space for the transfer. 

In addition - we also continue to get error messages when trying to upgrade (although I don't think space is the issue for the above issue.)
