Outside vendor setup as Editor cant upload anymore

We have an outside vendor who always had the ability to Upload to the BOX account and can no longer do it.  He is setup as an Editor.  I also nothiced that the folder has exactly 200 files.  Is there a limit?  If not, not sure what the issue is.

    There isn't a specific limit on the number of files that can be uploaded to a Box folder, so that's likely not the issue. As the vendor is set up as an editor, they should have the ability to upload files. It's possible there could be permissions issue or a technical glitch preventing the upload. Check the folder settings to ensure the vendor's permissions haven't changed accidentally, and troubleshoot any technical issues that could be affecting their ability to upload.
