Box Status

Cannot Acccess File in Box

I have box drive and cannot access the files. I go online to the web app via Chrome and cannot view files or download them. Navigating the folder structure is fine, but once to the file, nothing. 

i can however open and view files via the phone app. 

Any help would be appriciated
