    Hi there, 

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

    We highly recommend changing your SSO certificate prior to its expiration date. Otherwise, your enterprise will be locked out of Box due to an expired signing certificate.

    And if your SSO is required for login please contact Product Support immediately for assistance. 

    Additionally, please note that you can also setup users to receive notification when your SSO certificate is about to expire. And here's  the self-serve option on how to add and remove SSO certificate through Admin Console.
