Storage Usage Or File Count In My Account Is Incorrect

Hello. My account shows that it is fully used (>100%) with no free space for any new files or folders.
I found these two support articles which show that support needs to run a script to fix the issue:

Can you fix the incorrect usage problem (by running the script or whatever else is required) and let me know please (the login id is as@a1v.me)?
