Dependency Failure: Issue with another item

I cannot sync or upload items into a specific folder from my desktop app. When I upload the item via the web, I get several pop ups on my desktop app that the item will not sync. I sent my logs out of pure frustration figuring out how to get in touch with support. Please let me know how to get this resolved.
