A person did send me a link to view files. BOX asked to register and make an account. I remember that I did not finish registering, I did not approve my account and I did not agreed through my bank to accept future payments. No e-mail was sent before trial period ends. And yesterday they took pretty big amount from my bank.
I want a refund and cancel profile so no future payments would be taken off. I don`t agree to pay 50 EUR FOR NOTHING and with no extra verification! To contact support is almost impossible!

    The same Thing just happened to me. I did not approve my account and I did not agreed through my bank to accept future payments. No e-mail was sent before trial period ends. they made me pay for THREE Business accounts and costed almost 622$.
