How to get Unique ID from files?

We are currently on the Business free trial.

We are looking to link several image files stored within a Box folder into an Excel sheet. I understand that Box files have the URL format like:
https://app.box.com/file/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

We assume the string at the end is the unique ID. Is there a way to run a report or an export function to view the file name and its unique ID?

Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    You can run a folders and files report to obtain your item ID.

    However, when running the reports, is there a limitation on what is viewable?

    Our team was shared a folder by a member who doesn't have Admin-level access. When the Admin runs the report, that folder and its contents do not show up. There doesn't appear to be an option to filter by folder, either. 

    What can be done in this case?
