Hi team, I cannot access a file in box folder that was shared with me.

Hi team, I cannot access a file in box folder that was shared with me. the owner of the file has left IBM last week. So the account might have got de-activated.

Could you help here to access this file as we need it weekly for reporting.

Last week I had worked on it. Today I noticed, I could not find this file, as the owner of the file has left IBM last Friday.
