    Hello, Rona,

    I hope this message finds you well. Even though I am cancelling my subscription, I am still keen on evaluating the full features of Box to see if I really do want to purchase Box and I would still like to get granted the access to the "enterprise_content" scope, but I suppose we will get to that once I receive my refund and evaluate Box using the 14-day free trial.
