I am unable to access USAfx.  When I try to reset my password it says it needs to be reset by an administrator.  Can you help with this?

  Another party has shared a link with me that I cannot access. I receive a message that the "shared file or folder link has been removed or is unavailable to" me. The owner tried removing me and resending it, but I get the same message. Can you help me?
