Identity Provider Missing - Duo Mobile

Hello All,

I am trying to setup Duo Mobile SSO in our Box Admin User Settings, but the SSO is not working.

Also it seems like I cannot change my Identity Provider. In the past I setup ADFS for other services and it worked. I am not sure if this needs to be changed to Okta, OneLogin, or some other option.

  Hi there, 

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!

  To setup your SSO with Box, you can use the Box SSO Setup Support Form to have Box help you set up SSO.

  Upload your IdP's SSO metadata file, use the Box SSO Setup Support Form to have Box help you set up SSO then click Submit.

  Hello Rona,

  Thank you, but I need to open a support request. This looks like it was incorrectly configured and we need to change the Identity ID as it is failing to authenticate.
