    Hi there, 

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

    Are you referring to your collaborated folder(s) that disappeared from your Box account? If so, you won't gain back your access by simply doing a password reset. 

    You should reach out to the folder owner in order to access the folder(s).
