Box storage limit reached - Auto Back up from SqlBackupmaster stopped from 2 weeks.

My Auto Backup from SqlBackupmaster stopped 2 weeks ago as it failed to upload the backup to the box by showing the error below.
Failed to upload "filename.zip" to "Box after error ("One or more errors occurred. --> The API returned an error [Forbidden | 9cjbjfhq9s69xbb6.] storage_limit_exceeded - Account storage limit reached")
I am reporting this problem regularly and you respond to me with the same copy-and-paste answer I have shown below. I cannot reply to your comment for my post as there is no option or I am unaware of it. Please run the script to recalculate the storage space and help me to do the backup.

My account storage space is incorrect. I have this issue regularly and the support people run the script to correct the problem. Could the script be rerun for my account?

As you run the script manually, you should have provided an option or a tool for us to run the same script to avoid future issues. 

Please look into this matter with utmost urgency.

Note: If you ever come across these data inaccuracies in your account, please know that the problem is entirely with the display of these totals. This has no effect on your underlying data. All of your files remain in place and have not decreased in size or been edited by unauthorized people.

Please keep in mind the following information about storage calculations: 

Trash is excluded from your overall storage calculation.
If you are collaborating with another user in a folder they own, the storage is calculated only as part of the owner's account and will not count toward your storage calculation.
Most of the time, aggregates will be updated within an hour or less. For larger changes or more complex folder structures, aggregates may take up to 24 hours to be correct.
