Previewer Function: Preview didn't load

In a Box folder that has been shared with me, I have previewer status. There are four PDF files. The first file is 537KB. The second file is 1.4MB. I can preview the first two files.

The third file is 15.7MB. The fourth file is 169.2MB. I cannot preview these two files.

I receive the message: "This preview didn’t load because the document may be protected. Please try to open or download the file to view."

I need to have the ability to preview the third and fourth files.

Using Safari 17.5 and Chrome 126 .... I have cleared the cache on both browsers. I have rebooted the Mac. I am using Sonoma 14.5.

Is this happening to anyone else? If so, what has been your solution/fix?
