MFA no back up codes new phone

 I was using Google Authenticator for multi factor authentication codes for box (for business user).
Changed to new phone and lost previous google authenticator including the one for box. 

Is there any way to disable my MFA validation or confirm my identity by other way, like my email associated to box?
