Cannot find Authorization tab in dev console

I have created a custom app with JWT authentication mechanism. I have also setup Public/Private keypair but not getting an option to submit app for review & authorization.

Am I missing anything or is it a bug?

 

In App General Settings, it shows:

Enterprise ID
