Invitation mail not delivered

We sent invitation mail to some of our members, but the mail was not delivered. As I searched on the web, I found a article regarding "suppression list". I think the mail was sent before mail account was created. So I'd like to know if these mail adress are in supplession list.

    In order to confirm if the affected users are in suppression list, please have each of them to contact Box Product Support.

    I want you to check the user is affected or not. and if so, could you please raise a ticekt to remove him from suppression list?
