Box Status

Files changed to zero bytes overnight

This morning several of our staff noticed a handful of design docs that were there and accessible yesterday are now showing 0 bytes amd can't be opened. No one has touched the files or folder and there has been no change in our account during that time period. Shows the same for all people who have access to the folder. Please help!!!
