Hi, 

I believe the space usage on my account isn't correct, can you please check it out?

Space show in box at least 9GB Used, Listed with box drive used 2.8 GB

I can't Upload files to box.

Can you run the script in order to correct this situation?

    Attached two images one was take from low left corner of Box an a Image from box drive, the space showed is incongruent. Additionally a message is displayed that my space is very Low.

    What can I do?, this mistake remains after more than 24 Hours (since 15th August and before)

    I wrote many times in Help section without any result.
