ファイルの作成日と更新日が入れ替わってしまう

Boxにアップロードされているファイルの作成日と更新日が入れ替わってしまっている。作成日より前の日付で更新日が記録されている。全てに当てはまるわけではないかもしれないが、拡張子が「xls」「ppt」「doc」のファイルで発生していることが多いようです。ご存じの方がいらっしゃれば、原因ともとに戻す方法をご教授ください。

The creation and modification dates of files uploaded to Box have been swapped. The update date is recorded as a date earlier than the creation date. Although this may not apply to all cases, it seems to often occur with files with the extensions "xls", "ppt", and "doc". If anyone knows, please tell me the cause and how to fix it.
