Unable to open document if it has been renamed

I do not have an issue opening documents in Box unless the name has been changed by another user.  If I try to open a document that has been renamed by someone else, I get a pop-up notification that the document is opening but it never does.

    Issue fixed by uninstalling Box tools & reinstalling it.
