out of disk space

I have 100GB of Box space for which I am paying, and I have only used about 11GB, but I am receiving a message stating that I am out of of disk space. What is the problem?

  Are you uploading files when this error occurred? To get a closer look, can you attach a screenshot of your error in this thread?
