Box storage allocation issue

Dear Support,

Please help fix my storage space allocation problem.

In my account and according to the status: 5.1 GB of 50.0 GB used, even though I have no files uploaded and trash is empty.

Please restore the status display with the magic script that has been referenced many times in the support forums.
