Batch Send Template Error

Hi,

I am receiving the following error when attempting to upload our list of emails for a batch send process.

"Incorrect mimetype: expected text/csv found application/vnd.ms-excel".

Any help with what this error means and how to correct it is appreciated. I am using the batch file template from Box and have tried saving the file to different .csv types.

    Hello, what browser are you using? I had this same issue when using Firefox. I switched to Chrome and stopped receiving that error.
