Account was cancelled 2 years ago and I keep getting billed

I have an account through UCLA I cancelled this account 2 years ago and I was billed again!  Cancel and refund this money.  I have never used box on the email I originally did the trial on. personal information-redacted  I would like a refund of my money for an account I have never used.  I have an account through UCLA personal information-redacted that I have had for 3 years.  I notified you over a year ago when I realized it was happening and you keep collecting the money!

Please stop this account and refund my money $540.00.
