I need to add additional users to our account, but I'm not sure who our account administrator is.  My email / login is <personal information-redacted>

Other users in my team are<personal information-redacted>

    Hi Eric,

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!

    You can only have a Box Admin if you're subscribed to Starter account or above. Currently, Personal Pro and Personal free users doesn't have an assiged Admin.
