Trying to cancel subscription trial but do not see the links or steps in the instructions

Hi

I am trying to cancel my trial subscription and after following the cancel subscription instructions article, I do not have the settings the instructions list. And there is no way to contact support and the 'log a ticket' link just ends up here at a forum. Awful platfrom and customer service. Desperately need support so I do not get charged for this service.
