can't login to box desktop app

Hi,

I’m using my company plan and logging in with my company email. However, when I try to log in, the app directs me to log in via Google, and the login page just keeps loading.

Could you help me with this issue? Thank you!

  I have the same issue, also on Mac and windows.

  Same issue, Login screen keeps looping to the Web login, which redirects back to the App, then back to Web.

  Would really appreciate assistance!
