When opening a box note from the ios app an error message appears: “impossible to charge the element”. Opening via laptop works…

  Please make sure that the Box for iOS app is update and your firewall is configured for Box apps. Here's the article for reference: Configuring A Firewall For Box Applications and Services

  The app is updated. Firewall is fine as other files (pdf, ppt, doc, xls…) open juste fine. The problem concerns only the box notes.
