Unable to play .m4v format videos in Android Box app

.m4v format video files won't load and play in Box android app, there isn't a play symbol to select at all! They were fine till last week, but now suddenly many of the videos are not playing in Box android app, kindly help with this.... Need solution pls!!

    Please note that "Video preview is available only to Business level Box accounts, and above. If you use a free or personal Box account, you can still preview video files owned by Business Plus-level accounts and above.

    Hi Ann, since when did this policy change? I could play .m4v videos just last month, and still can play .mp4 videos, but not .m4v one's. Need info on that
