Hi Box Community, 

I try testing 3D preview function, it's interesting. But some file can't convert so please tell me the maximum size of file can convert to .box3d (or the number of polygon, triangle, face,...etc).

  Welcome to the Box Community!

  The maximum file size limit for uploads to Box varies depending on your account type.

  Thank for your answer,

  The 3D preview is very useful to my company, thank again !

  I testing many type files and some file is not correct with the original file. So How can I keep the properties of 3D model when it display on box. Sample: color, transparency, texture,...
