Collaborators disappearing from managed / shared folders
In BOX some of the files have dropped all but the owner and editors from the sharing set-up. Previewer Uploaders are gone from some of the files. Is there a situation that would have created this?

I've seen this happen in some cases where "Collaborator Auto-Expiration" is enabled.
Depending on your organization's Enterprise Settings, collaborators may find that their access to a folder is set to expire after a certain period of time. If a collaborator is set to auto-expire, a clock icon will appear beside their name in the right-hand sidebar (under the Sharing tab). You can hover over the icon to view a collaborator's expiration date.

If you have admin rights with access to the reporting tool and would like to get more details on this incident of users being removed from your folders, you may run a "User Activity" report for Collaboration in the Admin console.
