Even if delete some files, I don't have enough storage space

Hi,

The box don't have enough storage space to store other file. But I've deleted enough files and clean the trash to release storage space. So can you help me to confirm that what problem it is? Or can you help me clean the trash?

    I have the same problem,

    I erased all the files and still show me 9,2 Gb used.

    How can I reset my storage account?
