Distributred Reporting folders got deleted

Hi.

A colleague of mine finished last day on 17th Feb 2021 and we forgot to change the ownership of the folders she owned. Now IT have deleted her account and I have lost everything!. How can I retrieve them. Can someone help me with the process.

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    If you need to retrieve collaborative contents owned by a deleted user, you would need to inform the Box admin who deleted this user and they would have to submit a support ticket requesting to recover the account and the contents deleted with it.
