Hi!  We use Box For Salesforce, and upload files to Box directly through a Salesforce (Classic) interface.   We are having an issue that when we attempt to upload a folder with nested folders, that Box either errors out or the upload completes, but no files are actually uploaded.  Not totally sure where to start with troubleshooting.

    Was a solution provided for this? I've been having the same issue that happens so randomly that I can't find any common factors. I can't get it to repeat when needed, so I've been told there's nothing they can troubleshoot.
