Error Syncing 5419 Files

When I review the list of files there is a link at the end of each file, "MORE" which gets me to a "Page Not Found"

When I look at the files on Box.com there is no indication of an issue and all of the files and folders are intact but on the Computer is shows "Error Syncing 5419 files"

How do I address this issue?

More Info

I discovered that the issue is with one specific folder named “Critical Files” which shows as “partially synced” but contains 8,335 files which is accurate.  The Box file in that particular folder on the Computer contains 5,003 files in 781 folders.

    Rona...HELP!!

    I responded 10 days ago without any further assistance.  I believe I need a support ticket for this issue but as others have posted there is no clear way for a User to create or request  ticket.

    Please help as soon as possible
