Users need access to two different Box accounts

Hello, 

I'm trying to add an external collaborator to our account as a full user, but it's not letting me. The error states that it can't be done because their email belongs to another org. What is the workaround here? I need this person to be able to have full access, but they still need access to their other Box account.
