Account upgraded but files still cannot be loaded
RéponduI upgraded my account last night to unlimited storage and am still getting an error when I try to load files.
There is NO way to reach a support ticket or human at box to get help so I am going to either have to contest the charge on the CC OR receive a response from Box ASAP.
Please helpASAP. This is the message:

Hi, Monique,
Please confirm that you don't have storage limits set:
1. Open "Admin Console", then "Enterprise Settings"
2. Go to "User Settings"
3. Scroll down to "New User Default Settings"
4. Confirm that the "Unlimited Storage" box is checked.
To confirm settings for a particular user:
1. Open "Admin Console"
2. Select "Users & Groups" from the navigation panel on the left side of the screen
3. Click on the user facing the storage limits
4. Under "User Details", look for "Storage Used/Allocated"
5. It should say something like "x.x GB / Unlimited"
6. If it does not say "Unlimited", you can click on the "Edit" button and check the "Unlimited" button under "Storage Used/Allocated (GB)"
