Need to reset MFA for a User

I need to open a ticket to reset MFA for one of my user's box accounts. MFA needs to be re-setup on their phone. What is the process for opening a ticket for this issue?

    Since it's a login issue, please contact Box Support with your affected Box account and use this link.
